The first time I saw the trailer I was so excited but feared it would be rated R. Upon finding out it wasn't and receiving the soundtrack from my tech savvy brother, I became quite excited.
But alas, disappointment ensued.
I saw it at Provo Towne Center with Sarah and Ryan on Sept. 28. The film was visually beautiful. BUT, the plot was weak. Character development...nonexistent. Julie Tamor (director) shouldn't be reverred, the musical arranger should. The music was phenomenal. Thankfullly the movie hasn't ruined my enjoyment of the soundtrack.
Sum up: For those who were intrigued by the trailer, save your money and put your Beatles music on shuffle on iTunes.
